To assist youth to become more active, in motion has developed the Walk/Jog Club resource. The goal of this resource is to encourage inactive to moderately active students to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives.  This club is geared to individuals that want to improve their fitness levels but may not be involved in the schools physcial education or athletic programs.  Our hope is that every student will feel comfortable participating in the Walk/Jog Club and that the experience will positively influence their knowledge, attitudes and behaviors.
